2. Connecting shaft: Use 40Cr, quenched and tempered HRC22~28, connecting hole high-frequency quenching, hardened layer 1~2mm, hardness HRC58~60, core hardness HRC22~28.
3. Connecting rod: Japanese JIS SCM420 is selected, normalized, quenched and tempered, with a hardness of HRC36~40.
4. Gear: Use Japanese JIS SNCM439 normalizing, tempering, nitriding, nitriding layer 0.3mm, hardness HRC55.
5. Bearings: KOYO imported from Japan, C4.NR.
6. Connecting rod big end bearing: material CuPb24Sn.
7. Connecting rod small end copper sleeve: material selected is tin bronze.
